Aerial yoga is a creative training technique inspired by yoga and Pilates. The principle is to transpose postures and sequences of movement from these holistic practices into a suspended loop of fabric. Valerie Inertie is offering you a unique aerial yoga program designed to help develop deeper body awareness and stronger interior balance. The intensity and difficulty of the exercises can be adapted to all level.

INTRODUCTION TO AIR YOGALATES
90 min - Introduction to Aerial Pilates
90 min - Introduction to Aerial Yoga 

This workshop is intended for participants of all level and does not require previous experience. Valerie will guide you trough basic postures and sequences of movement, which are the foundation of Air Yogalates. Whatever your skill level, you will enjoy the relaxing suspensions positions and will benefit from the strengthening exercises of this practice.

2.12. Wednesday
SUSPENSION, BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY IN AERIAL YOGA

90min - All about aerial cocoon
90 min - All about handstand & legs flexibility 

In this workshop we explore various positions and body motion while being fully supported and enveloped by loop of fabric. After this enjoyable weightless feeling, Valerie will guide you trough a progression of exercises designed to help you develop your handstand skills and leg flexibility.

About Valerie Inertie
Valerie Inertie has been fine-tuning her teaching skills and her understanding of the musculoskeletal system since 1996. Throughout her extensive artistic career, she has explored various forms of holistic practices to stay strong and healthy.  Between long and intense performance periods, she found aerial yoga to be the best practice to resource her body and mind, bringing it back into alignment.
