Cancellation is free of charge when reserving 1 -4 rooms, this is possible up to 2 days in advance until 6 pm at the latest. In case of a later cancellation or no-show we allow 80% of the total stay to be charged. On public holidays and special events, reservations (from 1 - 4 rooms) to 28 days in advance (until 6 pm) must be canceled or modified before arrival to avoid a charge of 80% of the total stay.
